We understand this may be disappointing but due to high demand for Grotto tickets, we are simply unable to accommodate everybody.
We care hugely about making a visit to the Grotto as magical as possible. We aim to deliver each and every customer who visits the Grotto a truly tailored experience, which includes the chance to discuss their personal Christmas wishes with Father Christmas.
Unfortunately, this means walk-ins are not guaranteed.
If you can no longer attend the Grotto, we ask that you call to cancel your booking on . If you cancel at least 3 days before the date of your booking you will be refunded in full. If you cannot attend your allocated booking slot but do not cancel at least 3 days prior to your booking date, unfortunately your ticket fee will not be refunded to you (regardless of whether you attend the Grotto).
We will endeavour, wherever possible, to accommodate alterations to booking time, date or party size. However, please note that our Grotto experience is extremely important and as such, rescheduled dates and times will be limited and cannot be guaranteed.
A N5, 000 ticket fee per child (aged 2 to 17 years old) attending the Grotto applies at the time of booking. There is no charge for babies under 2 years or adults over 17 years attending with a child/children. Please note that unless a booking is cancelled in accordance with clause above, the ticket fee will not be refunded or reimbursed.
*Premium: Children N7,500 Adults 5,000 (This day includes a free 1 minute Christmas themed 360 experience sent to your phone).
Purchase of your Grotto Ticket confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Your Grotto Ticket cannot be exchanged, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
To enter the Ultimate Grotto, you must present either a valid Grotto Ticket at the time of entering the Ultimate Grotto. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Please ensure you are on time to your Ultimate Grotto slot. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will risk losing your Grotto booking (and ticket fee) unless an alternative Grotto slot can be found for your group (at our sole discretion).
Due to limited availability of Grotto spaces, we will not be able to guarantee an alternative date/time if you are unable to attend the Grotto on the date/time stated on your Grotto Ticket. If you are unable to attend the Grotto on the date/time stated on your Grotto Ticket, you should contact our Customer Service team on 08163601074 at least 3 days prior to your booking date to see whether an alternative date/time is available. If you call within this time period but an alternative date/time is not available, then your booking can be cancelled and your full ticket fee will be refunded onto the card originally used to pay the ticket fee. Please note that if you cannot attend your allocated booking slot but do not contact us at least 3 days prior to your booking date, your ticket fee will not be refunded to you (regardless of whether you attend the Grotto). No waiting list is being operated.
The use of personal photography and video-recording equipment (including mobile phones) is strictly prohibited when in the Grotto. There will be on-site photographer/videographer
